Your strongest leaders are still delivering

And quietly planning their future

Empty space, drag to resize

By the time disengagement is visible, the decision is often already made.

Amplify Your Talent supports experienced leaders before uncertainty, stagnation, and misalignment take hold, helping them reconnect to how they want to grow, contribute, and lead.

Disengagement rarely happens all at once

They show up. They deliver. They meet every expectation. And somewhere along the way, they quietly begin questioning whether this still fits.

That is not a failure of leadership. It is the nature of this moment.

High performers rarely announce disengagement. Continued performance can make it difficult to recognize when meaningful growth and long-term alignment have started to erode.
This is not a performance problem . . .

It's a leadership reality

The rules have changed

Most development programs haven't

TODAY'S CAREER PLAYBOOK
Today's leaders are navigating longer careers than previous generations.  Most leadership models were built for a much shorter and more predictable career arc.  Leadership growth is now less linear, more nuanced, and far more self-directed than in earlier career stages.
GROWTH LOOKS DIFFERENT
Traditional development was designed to prepare leaders for advancement, not the longer, more demanding realities they face over time. At this stage, growth becomes less about acquiring new skills and more about how leaders think, navigate complexity, and make decisions.
LEADERS YOU DEPEND ON
In many organizations, leadership development is heavily focused on emerging talent and senior executives.  The leaders most relied upon are often the ones receiving the least meaningful development because they continue to perform.

You already know who
they are

They are your most trusted leaders. The ones who consistently perform, lead through complexity, and rarely ask for anything.

But over time, even high performers begin to question whether they are still growing or have quietly plateaued.

They are not failing
They are not checked out

But what got them here will not get them there

WHO IT'S FOR

This group coaching experience
is for
leaders . . .

If you recognize your leaders in
this list, Amplify Your Talent was
built for them

Performing at a high level but no longer challenged by the role
Questioning whether their current path still fits
Ready for greater impact but unclear where to direct their energy next
Carrying significant responsibility while rarely asking for support themselves
Still delivering, but feeling less connected to the work than they once did

Traditional development was not built
for this moment

Traditional development was not built for this moment.

That gap is where
disengagement

lives

WHY GROUP COACHING

The more experienced leaders become, the fewer spaces they have for honest conversation, reflection, and challenge without organizational or performance implications.
In a group setting, leaders are exposed to perspectives that stretch their thinking in real time. This is where conversations deepen, assumptions are challenged, and leaders begin to see themselves and their leadership differently.

Leaders
rarely gain
perspective
in isolation

Coaching helps leaders evolve how
they think, lead, and engage

Where investment becomes impact

Where investment becomes
impact.

For the organization and for the leader
Both matter, both change

 FOR THE ORGANIZATION

When experienced leaders stay engaged and growing, organizations address the risk before it becomes a cost.

They retain leadership continuity, institutional knowledge, and the people who drive the organization forward.

Leadership development becomes something that scales without sacrificing depth, connection, or quality.

 FOR THE LEADER

Participants do not finish this experience waiting for someone else to define their future.

They leave with renewed engagement, clearer alignment around what matters most, and greater confidence navigating ambiguity and evolving expectations.

There's a stronger sense of direction, greater ownership of where they are headed, and the clarity to lead more intentionally going forward.

Organizations retain far more
than talent

When experienced leaders regain clarity and direction, organizations retain far more than talent.

They retain leadership continuity, institutional knowledge, and the experienced leaders who drive the organization forward.

This is not just about developing leaders
It is about keeping the ones you can't afford to lose

The cost of waiting is already clear

It is the gradual decline in engagement, influence,
decision quality, and organizational momentum while they remain in the role

Experience at this level matters

Wendy Greeson is the founder and CEO of Amplify Your Talent. She is an executive coach and leadership advisor who works with senior leaders and organizations navigating complex career and leadership transitions.  Over more than two decades, her work developing leaders and building leadership bench strength has been recognized by Harvard Business Publishing and honored with multiple awards in the field of leadership development. In 2017, she was selected from more than 18,000 candidates as an inaugural member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches, a global community advancing the practice of coaching and leadership development. Amplify Your Talent is built on that experience. And on the belief that the most important leadership development happens from the inside out.

The questions worth asking

Who is this experience designed for?

Amplify Your Talent is designed for mid- to senior-level leaders who are established, trusted, and still delivering but who have reached an inflection point in their career.

They are ready for more, but less clear on what growth, contribution, and long-term direction look like at this stage. One point of resonance is enough. They do not need to check every box.

How is this different from other leadership development offerings we already have?

Leadership development programs are typically built around skills, competencies, and preparing leaders for the next role.

This experience is built around the individual and the realities leaders face at this stage of their career. It is not a training program or a workshop. It is a structured coaching experience designed for a specific moment in a leader's career that most development offerings are not built to address.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Amplify Your Talent combines individual coaching with the power of group coaching. Leaders benefit not only from dedicated coaching support, but also from shared perspective, meaningful dialogue, and the collective insight that emerges when experienced leaders learn alongside one another.

How many participants are in a cohort?

Each cohort includes 8 to 10 participants. The size is intentional. Small enough for psychological safety and meaningful connection. Large enough for diverse perspectives and rich peer learning.

How much time does this require from participants?

Over the course of six months, participants commit to 9 hours of group coaching, approximately 9 hours of pre-session learning and preparation, a minimum of 9 hours of peer connection, and 3 hours of individualized 1:1 coaching. On average, participants spend 1 to 2 hours per week engaged in the experience.

How do we identify which leaders should participate?

The best candidates are leaders you would describe as trusted, capable, and established but who seem less energized than they once were, unclear on their next step, or ready for more without a defined path forward. If you find yourself thinking of someone specific while reading this, that is a good place to start.

What insights are shared after each cohort?

Every engagement includes an Executive Themes and Impact Brief delivered at the end of each cohort. Generated through a structured pre- and post-cohort pulse assessment, it gives organizations a clear view of leadership shifts and emerging themes across the cohort while maintaining participant confidentiality.

Is this available across industries and organization sizes?

Yes. The leadership challenges this experience addresses do not belong to any one industry. Organizations with larger leadership populations can also run concurrent cohorts. Reach out to discuss what that could look like for your organization.

How is confidentiality handled?

Confidentiality is foundational to this experience. The Executive Themes and Impact Brief reports at the cohort level only. No names are assigned to content, no individual insights are attributed, and no personal information is shared with the organization. Leaders can engage fully knowing their privacy is protected.

How do we get started?

The first step is a conversation. Reach out and we will talk through what this looks like for your organization, who the right participants might be, and what the process looks like from there.

Your strongest leaders should not
have to figure this out alone
